100% polyester crushed panne velour velvet. Measures 60 inches wide. Stretches in the width of the fabric. Great for any purpose except upholstery. Medium to light weight fabric. Works great as drapes as long as the stretch portion runs side to side. Frequently used for peasant dresses, display tables, various costumes and clothing.Â
Passes NFTA-701 and Small Scale 19 Flammability Tests. Please note the test certification is not available.
 Machine washable and low tumble dry. Colors may vary due to differences in screen settings.
